Refunds & Exchange:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is damaged.
The product must be returned unworn, free of perfume, and in its original packaging.
International Orders:
Customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
Returns:

Shipping & Delivery:
• Local orders are delivered within 2-5 days.
• GCC orders are shipped within 3-7 days.
• International orders are shipped within 7-10 days.
• Pre-orders are processed and delivered within 5-7 days.
Delivery and shipping fees are fixed and calculated at checkout based on your location.
In case of any damaged items or incorrect orders, please contact us within 24 hours to resolve the issue.
الاسترجاع والتبديل:
نحن لا نقبل الاسترجاع أو التبديل، إلا في حالة وجود ضرر في المنتج.
يجب إعادة المنتج غير مُرتدى، وخاليًا من العطور، وفي تغليفه الأصلي.
الطلبات الدولية:
يتحمل العميل تكاليف شحن الإرجاع.
الاسترجاع:
متجرنا لا يقبل الاسترجاع أو التبديل.
الشحن والتوصيل:
• يتم توصيل الطلبات المحلية خلال 2-5 أيام.
• يتم شحن طلبات دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي خلال 3-7 أيام.
• يتم شحن الطلبات الدولية خلال 7-10 أيام.
• تتم معالجة وتسليم الطلبات المسبقة خلال 5-7 أيام.
رسوم التوصيل والشحن ثابتة، وتُحسب عند الدفع وفقًا لموقعك.
في حال استلام منتج تالف أو طلب غير صحيح، يرجى التواصل معنا خلال 24 ساعة لحل المشكلة.
